The packaging keeps the coffee very fresh even shipped all the way to Vancouver, you can tell it's very high quality as soon as you open the bag and are hit with an amazing aroma. This is way better than other Turkish coffees I've tried, there's more than just fresh coffee beans as I can taste some spices as well. For myself and my husband, we found the coffee too strong according to the recommended brewing, so we used half the grounds and it was perfect! Tasnim Anwar
