Refunds & Returns
Roasted/Ground Coffee: Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds or accept returns on roasted/ground coffee.
Merchandise and brewing gear orders can be returned within 15 days of purchase in unused condition, with unopened original packaging. Return shipping will be paid at the customer’s expense and refund will be processed once gear has been received and deemed unused.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the return.
Online orders are only eligible for cancellation within 24 hours of the order being placed. Once the order is in production we cannot make changes to it.
For cancellations within the 24 hour time frame, please email us at email@example.com with subject order cancellation.
We do not offer price adjustments.
